Return and Refund Policy
At Intimology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards for returns.
Eligibility for Refunds
Eligible for refund:
- Unopened products in original packaging (within 30 days)
- Defective products (within 1 year of purchase)
- Wrong item shipped
- Items damaged in transit
Not eligible for refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged by misuse or modification
- Products used outside of intended purpose
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the specified timeframe with:
- Your order number
- Photos/video of the issue (for defects or damage)
- Your reason for return

Defective Products
If your product is defective, we will replace it free of charge. No return shipping needed. Simply contact us with proof of defect (photos/video), and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Please ship securely and insured.
Warranty
We stand behind our products with a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
