Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Orders $75 CAD and over
Standard Shipping: $9.99 CAD for orders under $75

Delivery Times

After processing, delivery typically takes 15-25 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

Customs processing
Weather or natural disasters
Carrier delays
Remote locations

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy. The exterior shows no product indication. The billing appears as "INTIMOLOGY" or "INTM SUPPLY"—completely discreet.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive:

Order confirmation (immediately upon order)
Shipping confirmation with tracking link (2-3 business days)
Delivery updates (provided by carrier)

Tracking updates may take 3-5 business days to appear initially. Once your package enters Canada, updates become more frequent.

Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the original ship date, contact us at hello@intimology.ca with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate and work with the carrier to locate your package.
